Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Gracious Flooring & Building Supplies (“Gracious,” “we,” or “us”). By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & pricing

Prices and quotes are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. Quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to stock availability; prices may change without notice. HST (13%) applies to orders in Ontario.

Orders

Requesting a quote or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may decline or cancel any order, including for a pricing error or lack of stock.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup is available free at both showrooms. Delivery across the Greater Toronto Area can be arranged on request and is quoted separately based on location and volume. Title and risk pass to you on pickup or delivery. Storage fees may apply to orders not collected within 14 days of notice.

Product information

Tile, stone, and wood are natural products; shade, veining, and dye-lot variation between batches is normal. Order all material for a project at once and confirm the dye lot. Images and descriptions are a guide and may differ slightly from the items supplied.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty only; Gracious makes no additional warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Gracious is not liable for installation, labour, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
