Really good customer service. Lots of different styles and colors for hard wood, laminate and back splash tiles.. not to much for vinyl flooring but the one we needed they had that color so all good .

The prices are good, the variety is good as well. The space is limited and the layout cramped. The staff is helpful. I wish they would take back the mosiac tiles that were left over like their sales rep said at the time purchase. I would rather see those being utilized than going into a landfill. The experience of hiring the floor installation contractor from them did not work out for us. So i would suggest find a contractor yourself.

Amazing experience with Gracious regarding Laminate flooring installation. One of the best place I found in GTA after 2 weeks of searching for good services and affordable price. Gurleen was the best at the store representing large variety of flooring designs. She helped us to get decent colour with attractive price with her depth knowledge. I had gracious laminate that was 15mm in our basement from 2018 and no issues . I would buy from again if they had a deal They laminate does say from german manufacturing so well see definitely the underpad sound proof was almost 100 bucks cheaper

So happy with our decision to go with them. Sales staff and installers were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was a bit reluctant when i saw 2 young men (Nitesh and Asim) at my door steps to install almost 2000 sq.ft of hardwood but they surprised us with their quality of work and their work ethics. They moved, switched and reset our furniture during the job and cleaned up all the mess in the end. I can’t thank them enough for their help and good mannerism.
